- 15-16 – Mark Reeves Builder – 13 Boggy Hole Road – Construct a 24x 60 ft. addition to an existing house.
- 15-17 – David Long – 126 Whippoorwill Road – 1st floor addition to existing home and garage addition.
OLD BUSINESS
- 15-14 – Old Lyme Land Trust – 29-1 Hatchetts Hill Road – Installation of two small footbridges and possibly stepping stones where existing preserve trail crosses Armstrong Brook.
